Placing an order
Add items in desired quantities and options to your cart. Once done with shopping proceed to ‘Checkout’, fill in your shipping details and choose a payment method. Finish payment and wait for confirmation e-mail.
Shipping
Delivery will be carried out by postal service. To offer best value and timely delivery we use most reliable operators. Standard shipping time is 10-14 days with up to 45 days maximum in some cases. All deliveries have tracking and will need to be signed for. For delivery outside the EU please select your ‘location’ on our checkout page and the delivery charge for your location will be displayed. Where goods are purchased for delivery outside the EU – it is the responsibility of buyer to pay any locally imposed charges. For single term items (for e.g. custom built bikes) contact store@zed.ee for shipping and delivery.
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of €4.90 in Estonia and €7.90 in other Baltic States and Finland, where we ship with Omniva, DPD, or Itella Smartpost (expected delivery in 2-5 days).
For delivering outside the E.U., e.g. Switzerland, Norway or US, we dispatch the goods tax-free (20% VAT). In that case custom charges may apply,
Payment
We accept credit and debit card (MasterCard / Visa) and the following Makecommerce (Maksekeskus AS) Estonian bank links:

NB! When using a bank link payment confirm the order and then click on the ‘Return to merchant’ button.
The personal data necessary for the execution of payments is transferred to authorized processor Maksekeskus AS. The contract enters into force when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of the online store.
If we cannot deliver the ordered goods due to stock running out or for any other reason, the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including the shipping cost) will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.
The goods will be dispatched only after the funds have been paid in full.
Order Notes
Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Euros (EUR). Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with transaction and order reference numbers. We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software malfunctions, or human error.
Important: This website operates on an ‘invitation to treat’ basis and not as an ‘offer for sale’ as a result, zed.ee reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases or confirmed orders where an item has been priced incorrectly.

Your details will be encrypted by 128-bit industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details. We use an Extended Validation SSL for added security so when you visit areas that deal with personal information you will see a lock and the address bar will turn green indicating that you are in a secure area and that you can shop with confidence.
Privacy Policy
We collect only the basic personal details required to process your order. We will not release your name, address, email address or any other information about our customers to any outside party. We will not trade, resell, sell, or redistribute information that you provide to us, to any other companies, organizations or individuals. Please note that placing an order with Make Commerce bank links you also grant access of your personal information to Make Commerce.
Your information provided to us during the ordering process is protected by 128-bit industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details. This server encrypts information while it is being transmitted across the Internet so that unauthorized people cannot read it.
Withdrawal/ Refund Policy
After receiving the order, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with zed.ee within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the purchaser is a legal person.
To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, you must not use the ordered goods in any way other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods in the same way you would be allowed to test the goods in an actual store.
If the goods have been used for any purpose other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, or if there are any signs of use or wear and tear, the online store has the right to lower the amount returned in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.
To return the goods, you must send an e-mail to store@zed.ee within 14 days of receiving the goods for further details
The purchaser shall bear the cost of returning the goods, except in cases where the reason for the return lies in the fact that a refundable product does not comply with the order (e.g. a wrong or defective product).
The purchaser must return the goods within 14 days of the submission of the declaration of withdrawal or submit evidence that they handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
Upon receiving the returned goods, zed.ee shall return to the purchaser, immediately but no later than after 14 days, all of the payments received from the purchaser based on the contract.
The online store has the right to refuse to make a refund until the goods being returned are received or until the buyer has provided proof of returning the products, whichever occurs first.
If the buyer has clearly chosen a different form of shipment than the cheapest usual form of shipment offered by the online store, the store is not required to compensate the cost exceeding the usual shipping cost.
We have the right to withdraw from the sale and demand that the goods be returned by the purchaser if the marked price of the goods in the online store is significantly lower than the market price of the goods due to an error.
Pricing
All online pricing and offers should be considered an ‘Invitation To Treat’ and as such if/when items are accidentaly priced incorrectly we are not obliged to honour the price displayed. You will be notified of our mistake and given the opportunity to purchase at the correct price or your order will be cancelled.
Unlawful or Prohibited Use
You shall not use this site for any purpose that is unlawful or by any means prohibited under this terms and conditions. You shall not use this site in any manner, which may harm zed.ee or other parties or adversely affect the site functionality or its use by others. You shall not attempt or obtain any information from or through this site that is not already and intentionally made available from or through it.
